65 days. Very prolific through 100 degree heat and drought. This tomato is salad-sized (about 1.5 to 2"); flattened, acid, with great flavor. Bred by a Seed Saver's Exchange member, it has carrot-like leaves. Grown in Kansas.
Approximately 30 seeds per packet
Very easy to grow. Plant 1/4" deep in 4" pots 6-8 weeks before last frost. Keep warm (70-80 degrees) until germinated, then grow at 60-70 in bright light. Set transplants 2" deeper than they were in pots and 2 feet apart. Good garden books have tons of suggestions. The most important step in growing tomatoes is to use the best quality potting soil or seed-starting mix you can find.Skyfire Garden Seeds Home Page
